Lynn has been an entrepreneur for over 40 years beginning in his college days at North Texas State University where he bought the samples from clothing salesmen for half of wholesale and then sold the items to the athletes at 100% profit so everyone benefited.  It was then that a major business motto was established for Lynn “EVERYONE GETS A GOOD DEAL”.  With a Marketing and Finance degree Lynn started companies from scratch and then bought and sold or combined additional companies into larger concerns where he could sell the larger and stronger company for a profit. 

He is on the board of directors of Sun Water Systems, one of the premier filtration companies in the nation and is also a Director of his favorite charity Dallas Children’s Charities.  He works as a consultant to many of his friends and acquaintances in marketing and growth plans. Lynn is currently a major stock holder or officer of 5 successful businesses here in the Metroplex area.   Having been exposed to real estate through his father, a developer of land in the north Texas area, especially resort properties on Lake Texoma, Lynn finally entered the real estate business in 1999 as Vice President of Oak Hill Estates, Inc.

The surprising fact is that he didn’t start a full time career in real estate until recently and had no idea that it was this much fun and that he would be this good at marketing all of my customers products.

Lynn has four incredible grandchildren that he is already exposing to the possibilities of how great a career in real estate can be, at any age.
